What a pair Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino make! They are both really good actors and together, their chemistry is perfect. I am so embarrassed because I ended up gushing in my review of their latest film Exes Baggage. I kept praising Dan Villegas’ direction and the sharp, clever script by Dwein Baltazar.

Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino onscreen is just magical (photo taken from Black Sheep’s Facebook account)

Really, it’s so good. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. All the elements were working overtime and it didn’t even have to lift a finger because the two leads were selling it. They could elevate a mediocre script and lazy direction but the artistic team behind it didn’t phone it.

I’m gushing again. I’m bloody gushing again. I’m going to stop now. Just watch the movie.
