‘Night School’ is a run-of-the-mill comedy that relies too much on Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish (ClickTheCity)

If I’m reviewing a movie, I refuse to walk out no matter how bad it is. It doesn’t happen often. Transformers was one of those films where I wanted to walk out but didn’t because I was reviewing it. And I saw two or three of those awful movies. Night School is part of that now. I really didn’t like it. I found it unfunny and sat there in the cinema not laughing at all.

I love my job. I really do. But sometimes it tests me. It does.

The combined talents of Tiffany Haddish and Kevin Hart can’t save this dreadful movie

I thought Kevin Hart was funny in Jumanji 2: Welcome to the Jungle. But without good material, he is not charming enough to carry a movie. Or at least this movie. And I’ve heard many good things about Tiffany Haddish but this movie is no showcase of the things I’ve heard that she’s capable of doing.

Sometimes, not very often, but sometimes my job can be difficult.
