Five articles from Juice (including my Ant-Man, Fantastic Four, and Mr. Holmes review)

I will still able to manage a few articles to come out in Juice while I was working on No Filter. It’s my bread and butter, after all. It’s the only way I can make money while I was working on the play.

So I was able to catch some movies, including the excellent Mr. Holmes with Ian McKellen. I saw it while I my Dad was here. Beautiful movie, really.

I also wrote about the horrible Fantastic Four (and to be honest, I liked the first third of the film and it was all downhill from there) and Ant-Man.

And then I was still able to write about the One Night Stand Cabaret that I attend religiously every first Tuesday of every month at 12 Monkeys and a Pop-Up bazaar that happened on our original closing week (before we found out we were extending).

I’m glad I was still able to write these articles while working on the play. It’s nice to know I’ve got money coming in even when I stopped taking big projects during the whole preparation and run of the play.
