I haven’t seen a David Fincher movie that I didn’t like. I love all his movies. He’s amazing and one day, I will write a movie for him to direct.
Gone Girl is just amazing in the way he leads you around and makes you think you got the film figured out and then twists it and turns it into a totally different direction that shocks and surprises you but never makes you feel like it was not coming. It’s an amazing play of all the elements working together and David Fincher’s unbelievable mastery of the language of cinema that makes it work.

Everything is working overtime in this film and you never feel it but it’s all working effortlessly in making this movie feel like a roller-coaster ride and it’s an amazing feeling to be at the mercy of a well-made film.
Ben Affleck is great, as usual, but this movie is all about Rosamund Pike. That girl has just hit the A-List and there will be no stopping her.
I can’t wait to see what she, and David Fincher, is going to work on next.
